Tables
An exhibit table is included in gold and silver level sponsorships. All exhibit tables will be located in the Kellogg Concourse.

 8-foot x 30 inch unskirted table with two chairs
  • Regular: $450 per table
  • Nonprofit: $375 per table

Cocktail table (36-inch in diameter, unskirted) with one chair (limited availability)

  • Cocktail table: $175 per table

Electricity is available. Electricity fees must be paid to the RiverCentre directly. To order electrical services, please order and pay online. Please note that electrical prices increase on show days and you will pay a lower rate if you order in advance. Please visit the Exhibitor Services page on the RiverCentre website for application and payment.

In addition to electricity, you may also purchase a skirt for your table on the RiverCentre website.

As the exclusive caterer for the Saint Paul RiverCentre, MHC Culinary Group reminds exhibitors that no outside food or beverages are allowed at your exhibit booth. Any samples that are given out must be bite-sized. Please see the RiverCentre's Food & Beverage Sampling Policy and Food Permit information sheet for more information.

Exhibit Representatives

Each 8-foot table comes with two exhibit representative passes. The Cocktail table option comes with one exhibit representative pass. Exhibitor representative passes that come with the exhibit table (standard or cocktail) include breakfast and lunch.

If you plan to have additional representatives at your booth at any given time, you will need to purchase additional exhibitor passes ($50 each). A link to purchase additional passes will be provided with your exhibit table purchase confirmation. 

MnAEYC-MnSACA will request your company exhibit/sponsor representatives’ names in January. A form will be sent to your exhibit contact person to submit your representative name(s) and purchase additional representative registrations (if needed). Exhibitor registration will end on December 20, 2019.

Purchase an Advertisement
 
 

Advertisement requirements: All advertisements must be submitted in black-and-white, high-resolution PDF or EPS files to info@mnaeyc-mnsaca.org by December 27, 2019. If you have any questions about your advertisement, contact info@mnaeyc-mnsaca.org.

Payment and Cancellation Policies 

 Payment for exhibit space and advertisement must be received by 5:00 p.m. on December 20, 2019 or the registration will be cancelled.

Exhibitors are considered “no show” if a company does not occupy and exhibit in the designated space within one hour of the scheduled opening of the exhibit space at 7:00 a.m. on Friday, January 31, and has not given MnAEYC-MnSACA the required written notice of cancellation. MnAEYC-MnSACA has the right to use “no show” exhibit space in such a manner as it may deem in the exposition’s best interest. Failure to occupy exhibit space does not relieve the Exhibitor from their obligation to pay the full booth rental fee.
Cancellations received in writing by December 20, 2019 will be refunded, less a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given after December 20, 2019.

MnAEYC-MnSACA reserves the right to refuse exhibit space and/or sponsorship to any applicant for any reason. In addition, MnAEYC-MnSACA reserves the right to refuse exhibit space or sponsorship to any organization if, after the acceptance of the Application and Contract, information should come to the attention of MnAEYC-MnSACA, which in the reasonable judgment of MnAEYC-MnSACA, demonstrates that the proposed sponsor, exhibitor or any portion of its contents would be inconsistent with the principles espoused by MnAEYC-MnSACA or unfavorable to its public reputation. In the event MnAEYC-MnSACA should exercise this right, any deposit and fees paid to MnAEYC-MnSACA shall be refunded. MnAEYC-MnSACA has the right to refuse an applicant access to future events. MnAEYC-MnSACA has the right to refuse an applicant access to any event, if the applicant owes money to MnAEYC-MnSACA.
