Summer Leadership Institute Archive

Our Summer Leadership Institute will be returning to Diamondhead Education Center in Burnsville. We invite you to join us as a sponsor or exhibitor.

Sponsors and exhibitors will have the opportunity to engage with participants serving in leadership roles in early childhood and afterschool programs.

In addition, sponsorship opportunities offer a beneficial collaboration for organizations seeking a more encompassing alliance with MnAEYC-MnSACA, its members and event participants. You’ll have the opportunity to not only interact with participants at the event, but to access our broader network through brand visibility on our website and in our marketing efforts. 

We have a limited number of opportunities.

These opportunities are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please note that the later you register, the fewer benefits you may have access to.

Sponsor registration closes on June 7 at 5:00 p.m. Payment must be received by June 14 at 5:00 p.m.

Exhibitor registration closes on June 28 at 5:00 p.m. Payment must be received by July 12 at 5:00 p.m.

Absent payment, registration will be cancelled.

Cancellations for sponsors received in writing by June 14, 2019 & cancellations for exhibitors received in writing by July 12, 2019 will be refunded, less a $35 processing fee. No refunds will be given after June 14 (for sponsors) or July 12 (for exhibitors).

Additional Exhibitor Tables - $50

One additional exhibit table per organization can be purchased when registering as a sponsor or exhibitor above.

Additional Exhibitor Representatives - $30

This can be purchased when registering as a sponsor or exhibitor above. If you plan to have additional representatives at your booth at any given time, you will need to purchase additional exhibitor passes ($30 each).

 

MnAEYC-MnSACA reserves the right to refuse exhibit space and/or sponsorship to any applicant for any reason. In addition, MnAEYC-MnSACA reserves the right to refuse exhibit space or sponsorship to any organization if, after the acceptance of the Application and Contract, information should come to the attention of MnAEYC-MnSACA, which in the reasonable judgment of MnAEYC-MnSACA, demonstrates that the proposed sponsor, exhibitor or any portion of its contents would be inconsistent with the principles espoused by MnAEYC-MnSACA or unfavorable to its public reputation. In the event MnAEYC-MnSACA should exercise this right, any deposit and fees paid to MnAEYC-MnSACA shall be refunded.

MnAEYC-MnSACA has the right to refuse an applicant access to future events. MnAEYC-MnSACA has the right to refuse an applicant access to any event, if the applicant owes money to MnAEYC-MnSACA.
