2021 MnAEYC-MnSACA Virtual Annual State Conference

February 5 & 6, 2021

Call for Presenters

We invite you to propose a breakout session for the 2021 MnAEYC-MnSACA Virtual Annual State Conference. Keynotes and live workshop sessions will be held on Friday, February 5 and Saturday, February 6, and live and prerecorded sessions will be available for a period of time, yet to be determined.

What are the benefits of presenting?

  • The choice between an honorarium or complimentary conference registration for the day you present.
  • Opportunity to present at a premier event with hundreds of early childhood and afterschool professionals in attendance.
  • Enhance your credibility and stature in the field.
  • Contribute to your community's expertise.
  • Challenge yourself in a new way.

Sessions should meet the professional and personal development needs of program directors & coordinators, teachers, and front-line staff. Breakout sessions should present best practices, innovative and evidence-based strategies, research and resources in a variety of topic areas.

We are committed to creating a diverse, safe, and welcoming space for participants to learn and share. We want to make sure we receive conference session proposals from the widest audience as possible, including from you! All workshop proposals are welcome and will be considered.

Check out the FAQs before filling out the form.

Provide a description of 50 words or less for your presentation as you want it to appear in the conference program. Please pay close attention to your description so participants have an accurate feel for the session content, the age group you are speaking to, and the experience level of the content addresses. Please write your description in the third person.  MnAEYC-MnSACA reserves the right to edit your description for formatting consistency and clarity.

Presenters are not required to register for the Conference if they do not plan on participating beyond their scheduled presentation. If a presenter wishes to attend other sessions at the conference and participate in the keynote session(s), they must register as an attendee and either choose the complimentary registration or if choosing the honorarium, pay the applicable registration fee. Presenters will receive complimentary registration for the day they are presenting only.
