Registration Payment Policies and Deadlines

Early Bird Registration Payment Policy 

Payment for Early Bird registrations must be made by Friday, December 21, 2018. If Early Bird registrations are not paid by Friday, December 21, 2018, the registration fee will revert to the regular applicable member/non-member rate.

Regular Registration Payment Policy 

The registration deadline is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 18, 2019. Registrations submitted after January 18 will be charged a $75 late fee. All registrations must be paid in full by Thursday, January 31, 2019. Registrations not paid by Thursday, January 31, 2019 will be assessed a $50 late fee per registration. All registrations and fees must be paid prior to attending the Conference.

Group Registration Payment Policy

To receive the group discount, all registration forms must be received together at one time by Friday, December 21, 2018. Group registrations submitted after Friday, December 21, 2018 will be processed at the regular non-discounted rate.

On-Site Registration and/or Payment

On-site registration is accepted but will be assessed a $75 fee per registration. Payment must be made at the time of on-site registration.

Cancellation Policy

With written cancellation notice, received by Friday, January 18, 2019 you will receive a full refund, less a $50 administrative charge. Cancellations received between January 18 and January 31 will receive a full refund, less a $75 administrative charge. Cancellations received after Thursday, January 31, 2019 are nonrefundable. Notices of cancellation must be faxed to the MnAEYC-MnSACA office at 651-789-2286 or emailed to info@mnaeyc-mnsaca.org.

No-shows will not receive a refund.
