Our Annual State Conference is one of our most popular and valued events among the early childhood and afterschool fields. We have the opportunity to share and learn and be inspired by the energy of the group.

Due to the pandemic, we need to rethink how we offer this event in February 2021.
Even though circumstances may change by next February, our planning for the conference begins now. We deeply value your input at this early stage to help us create the best event possible.

Please help us by completing this short survey by Tuesday, June 2. It will take only about 3-5 minutes of your time.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts!

Infants and toddlers are natural scientists and researchers, fascinated by the properties of objects and how things work. They construct knowledge as they explore materials with all their senses. They delight in cause-and-effect relationships. Loose parts are captivating objects for infants and toddlers to investigate because of their open-ended nature. Loose parts provide rich opportunities and allow young children to be in control of their inquiries as they gather and learn information about physical objects. Join us to explore how to choose appropriate loose parts, how to introduce them and how they support all aspects of development and curriculum. Let’s play!
