Next Tuesday, November 5 is Election Day! Not every area of MN will have something on the ballot, so it's important to find out if you should be voting. Visit the MN Secretary of State website to see what's on your ballot.

Races include city council, school board and local ballot questions. Even though this isn't an election year with statewide or national offices, these local officials are making important decisions too, so it's important to exercise your right to vote.

Not sure if you'll have time to vote on Tuesday, November 5? You're in luck. Early voting is available. Learn more here.

You can also register to vote and find your polling place here.

Remember, in MN you have the right to take time off from work to vote without losing your pay, personal leave or vacation balances. Learn more here.

Happy Voting!

Join Us for the December Ann Kaner-Roth Policy Hour

A friendly reminder that there is no Ann Kaner-Roth Policy Hour in November. The first Policy Hour of the season will be on Tuesday, December 3 from 12-1 at Think Small in Minneapolis.

Ann Kaner-Roth Policy Hour is a monthly opportunity for early childhood and afterschool professionals to connect with each other and learn about current policy issues in an informal setting.

The events are provided to the field at no cost by the Minnesota's Future Coalition.
