Playing in the Same Sandbox

Working with other people is one of the most difficult workplace challenges. It is why people leave team meetings thinking, "There is an hour of my life I will never get back." Is it any wonder that research shows that people can accomplish more on their own than when working with others? However, for consistent innovation and mental health, we need to connect with others on a regular basis.

Stevie Ray will take you through a hands-on, interactive session that will get you thinking like a team. You will learn the Eight Elements of an Effective Team, as well as the most common mistakes groups make when trying to achieve a goal. Stevie will share the process of an idea generation and problem solving so that everyone's unique talents can be utilized.

This is not a formulaic approach to the workplace, but a set of guidelines that every group can use in their own way to stay focused and working together. Come ready to take notes and bring new energy back to your team.

Stevie Ray has been a nationally recognized speaker and trainer for over 30 years, helping Fortune 500 companies and small organizations alike improve communication skills, teamwork, innovative thinking, leadership, and customer service.
