Loose parts play has been around as long as there have been children to tinker with about anything they can get their hands on. A great deal of learning happens when children engage in loose parts. Support STEM, STEAM, creativity and critical thinking through the use of loose parts. Resources, tips and the role of the adult in supporting loose parts play will be discussed.
