It's no secret that high-quality experiences for children depend on having quality, effective staff. In this session we will identify some gaps for the under-qualified staff, and discuss how to take a strength-based approach with them. Help all staff to stay motivated while dealing with others. Tips and techniques for building staff capacity will be shared.

If you would like to register two or more people for this training, please download the group registration form here, and follow the directions provided.
