What is an action plan? Why should my program have one? Explore the purpose of an action plan, tools that can be used to create one, and how they can be used most intentionally and effectively for quality program improvement. We will also discuss how often a program should do an action plan and how frequently an existing plan should be updated. Participants will receive tools to take back to their programs to assist them in getting started on their first action plan.
