Respecting the philosophy that there are “many right ways,” the NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct provides a framework for responsible behavior and decision making about many of the situations you may find yourself dealing with. Become familiar with the Code of Ethical Conduct. Practice using the Code. Apply the Code to the unique environment, settings and situation of a family child care professional.
