This sought after cohort learning model is for early childhood directors, assistant directors and other program leaders who are looking to reimagine and reinvigorate their career. It includes a combination of trainings and Communities of Practice (COPs). Trainings are Develop-approved, and Relationship Based Professional Development (RBPD) hours will be provided in Develop for the COPs. Add 18-24 hours of professional development to your learning record!

"Many directors of early childhood programs are doing amazing things, but so often we find ourselves feeling isolated. As a result of the Leadership Journey Series, directors from programs of different sizes, settings and philosophical backgrounds have been able to come together to voice concerns and work cohesively to not only understand one another, but to share our wisdom and develop stronger individual programs."
