The Leadership Journey Series: Building Skills
Option A (6 Trainings + 6 Communities of Practice)
The Building Skills cohort is designed for new directors, assistant directors, program coordinators, and other emerging leaders who have been in their role for fewer than 5 years. Cohorts will begin in April 2017 and run through November 2017. A mandatory orientation will be held for participants on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at Southdale Library in Edina.
Option A combines 6 two-hour trainings (12 MNCPD-approved hours) and 6 two-hour COPs (12 RBPD hours). This cohort will meet:
