Highlighting the various aspects of your program's quality during a one-day accreditation visit could be challenging. By creating (and maintaining) a NAEYC Program Portfolio, you allow the NAEYC assessor a glimpse into the life of your program as it is year-round. Effective portfolios give each program the chance to tell their story of excellence through evidence, documentation, and storytelling according to NAEYC's portfolio instructions. Participants will learn strategies to collaborate with other team members and streamline their evidence using the Program Portfolio Index Tool. Participants are welcome to bring portfolio items; we will share strategies, ask questions, and answer: "Does this piece of evidence fully answer the criterion?" "Is it the best documentation I can provide?" This new approach will save you time and reduce the amount of documentation required. No more clumsy tote boxes full of file folders!

If you would like to register two or more people for this training, please download the group registration form here, and follow the directions provided.
