Registration Payment Policies and Deadlines

Early Bird Registration Payment Policy:  

Payment for Early Bird registrations must be made by FridayDecember 8, 2017. If Early Bird registrations are not paid by Friday, December 8, 2017, the registration fee will revert to the regular applicable member/non-member rate.

Regular Registration Payment Policy:  

All registrations must be paid in full by Friday, February 9, 2018. Registrations not paid by Friday, February 9, 2018 will be assessed a $35 late fee per registration. All registrations and fees must be paid prior to attending the Conference.

Group Registration Payment Policy:

To receive the group discount, all registration forms must be received together at one time by Friday, December 29, 2017. Payment by check or P.O. must accompany group registrations in order for the discounted rate to be valid.  Group registrations submitted without payment or after Friday, December 29, 2017, will be processed at the regular non-discounted rate.

On-Site Registration and/or Payment: 

On-site registration is accepted but will be assessed a $35 fee per registration. Payment must be made at the time of on-site registration.

Cancellation Policy:

With written cancellation notice, received by Friday, December 29, 2017, you will receive a full refund, less a $50 administrative charge. Cancellations received after Friday, December 29, 2017 are nonrefundable. Notices of cancellation must be faxed to the MnAEYC-MnSACA office at 651-917-1835 or emailed to



No-shows will not receive a refund.
